These terms govern your use of the Hotel Mara website and your booking of a stay at Hotel Mara Greenville or Hotel Mara San Isidro in San Fernando, Pampanga. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

• Rooms may be booked for 3, 6, 12, or 24 hour durations, subject to availability
• All information provided at the time of booking must be accurate
• Bookings made online may be paid for at the time of booking or upon arrival, as selected during checkout
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the information provided appears fraudulent or incomplete

Check-in requirements

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. Guests who cannot provide valid identification may be refused check-in.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy will be displayed here once finalized. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or modify an existing booking.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Hotel Mara does not store your card or payment details on our systems. Guests who select "quoted pay on arrival" agree to settle payment in person at check-in.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat hotel property, staff, and other guests respectfully. Hotel Mara reserves the right to end a stay without refund in cases of damage to property, disruptive behavior, or violation of applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Hotel Mara is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto hotel property, except where required by applicable Philippine law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
